Introducing Lucy Luzza: Customer Experience Consultant

It’s with a great pleasure to introduce Lucy Luzza, who joined the Esker Australia team as Customer Experience Consultant to support and manage customer activities as part of our Customer Experience Programs.

Lucy brings a wealth of Account Management, Customer Engagement and Relationship Management experience to the team gained over 20 years working in the IT Industry. 

“Firstly I would like to say how excited I am to be joining Esker.  I look forward to this new journey and  working with you all and hopefully meet each of you soon. I have over twenty years’ experience working in the IT Industry as an Account Manager within the Services Business, assisting clients with their  technical training requirements. I have a strong passion and drive for high quality customer service – Client satisfaction is my reward. I live in Melbourne, Australia but don’t mind leaving to see the world and learn about different cultures.  I enjoy my walks, getting together with friends and family and meeting new people. Soon I am hoping to start a new passion of Latin Dance.” – said Lucy.
