Esker Named Finalist in Three 2024 The SaaS Award Categories

Esker’s AI-driven solutions were recognized across five categories, ranging from customer service to financial services.

MIDDLETON, Wis. — September 12, 2024 — Esker, a global cloud platform and leader in AI-driven process automation solutions for Finance, Procurement and Customer Service functions, today announced they have been named a finalist in The 2024 SaaS Awards program in three categories.

A long-established awards platform now spanning 56 categories, The SaaS Awards celebrates the latest innovations and applications of software-as-a-service solutions across a wide range of use cases and sectors. The program received entries from organizations worldwide, including North America, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Australasia. Esker was named a finalist in the categories: Best SaaS Product for Business Accounting or Finance, Best SaaS Product for Management Accounting and Budgeting, and Best SaaS Product for CSR, Sustainability and ESG. Beyond being named a finalist, Esker was also shortlisted in two additional award categories – Best SaaS Product for Customer Services / CRM, and Best SaaS Product for Financial Services.

Guided by nearly 40 years of experience, Esker offers users an array of rich and diverse AI technologies embedded throughout its solutions, empowering Finance, Procurement and Customer Service professionals. The company’s intuitive platform behind its most innovative solutions, Esker on Demand, facilitates the automation of business documents and information exchange while strengthening collaboration between companies. The platform also leverages advanced AI technologies, including Esker Synergy AI, to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.

“For decades, Esker has been a trusted partner in driving financial transformation. We are excited to see the hard work of our teams being recognized,” said Ari Widlansky, U.S. Chief Operating Officer at Esker. “This achievement confirms our commitment to providing innovative, AI-driven automation across all areas of the order process, from sourcing to customer service.”

CEO of The Cloud Awards, James Williams, said: “Each year it seems the quality of the entries into The SaaS Awards exceeds all our expectations, and 2024 has proven this to be the case. Our judges have been very forward in telling our team how difficult their decisions have been this year, for all the right reasons – such is the caliber of the submissions they’ve been reviewing. As such, I’d like to extend a huge congratulations to this year’s finalists. To have stood apart from an extremely impressive field of shortlistees is a tremendous achievement.”

Esker specializes in AI-powered solutions that leverage data collected from millions of processed documents over the past decade, enriching users’ daily decision-making and long-term forecasting by predicting customer and supplier trends and behaviors, enabling accurate forecasting and providing intelligent recommendations.

In 2023, Esker also integrated GenAI, first into its Customer Inquiry Management solution to more efficiently answer customer requests and questions, and then in its other order-to-cash and source-to-pay solutions. The platform’s AI-driven approach has resulted in significant improvements for users, including reduced handling times, increased accuracy rates exceeding 90% and the ability to make smarter and faster decisions. By combining AI with cloud technology, Esker provides a scalable, secure and innovative solution for businesses seeking to optimize their cash conversion cycle and drive digital transformation initiatives.

The program will return to welcome new submissions in Spring 2025, to continue recognizing excellence in SaaS solutions.
