Upcoming Email Infrastructure Update
February 28, 2025
Please note: If you have any questions regarding this change, we kindly ask that you contact your internal IT team. Esker support cannot assist with your internal SPF or whitelisting configurations.
What is changing?
On February 28, 2025, we will be adding two new outgoing email servers to our infrastructure.
Who Is Affected?
This change only affects customers who:
- Have explicitly listed our IP addresses or IP ranges in their SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record for email validation.
- Use whitelisting for email filtering and have explicitly listed our IP addresses or IP ranges.
Required Action
- Recommended action: Using domain-based SPF or whitelisting: authorize emails from eskerondemand.com rather than specific IPs.
This ensures future updates happen automatically.
https://doc.esker.com/eskerondemand/cv_ly/en/manager/startpage.htm#configuration/security/spf_procedure.html - Alternative action: add the new IP range 195.68.23.32/28 to your records.
Who Is Not Affected?
- Customers who do not use SPF or whitelisting will not be impacted by this change.
- Customers who already use eskerondemand.com in SPF or whitelisting will not be impacted either.
Thank you for your attention to this update.
