What is changing?
On February 28, 2025, we will be adding two new outgoing email servers to our infrastructure.

Who Is Affected?
This change only affects customers who:

• Have explicitly listed our IP addresses or IP ranges in their SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record for email validation.
• Use whitelisting for email filtering and have explicitly listed our IP addresses or IP ranges.

Required Action

• Recommended action: Using domain-based SPF or whitelisting: authorize emails from eskerondemand.com rather than specific IPs.
  This ensures future updates happen automatically.

• Alternative action: add the new IP range 195.68.23.32/28 to your records.

​Who Is Not Affected?

• Customers who do not use SPF or whitelisting will not be impacted by this change.
• Customers who already use eskerondemand.com in SPF or whitelisting will not be impacted either.
