Director of Alliances - Americas

FULL - TIME | STRATEGIC ALLIANCES

The Director of Alliances - Americas sets strategic direction for revenue growth through the partner ecosystem in the Americas. The incumbent leads a team of professionals to on-board, service, drive revenue, and enable the overall success of Esker’s partners. This includes partnering with internal teams to provide partner support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the profitability and success of Esker’s partner program; set strategy for the program; set priorities for team; follow through on direction received from global and board leadership.
  • Promote partner visibility within Esker; educate internal teams so they understand partners’ unique needs; help employees see the role they play in partners’ success.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with internal teams to support partners; regularly communicate with Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Experience teams to explain partner needs; clear roadblocks, set priorities, and align objectives; anticipate partners’ needs.
  • Represent Esker in partner calls; service and grow partner accounts; coach team members so they are prepared for partner calls; respond to questions and inquiries.
  • Service and grow global partners; on-board global partners to Esker platforms and products; facilitate interaction with Esker support teams;  ensure that needs are being met and contractual obligations are being fulfilled.
  • Negotiate partner contracts; represent Esker’s interests; provide partners with what they need to be profitable.
  • Manage a high-performing team of seasoned sales, support, and technical professionals; set team priorities; manage performance; mentor and coach team members. 

 

Requirements

 Education Requirements:

  • BS in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field preferred ; equivalent work experience considered.

Essential Experience:

  • Strategy development and implementation
  • Relationship development and cultivation
  • Contract negotiation
  • Coaching team members to higher levels of performance and career growth

Salary range
$130,000 - $164,000 + Incentive
