Esker Pro is a renewable, annual plan protecting your investment in an Esker DeliveryWare, Esker Fax Server, or Esker Host Access Solution during the contract period. Esker Pro provides:
- Version updates and upgrades of the product under contract
- Technical support via telephone, email and/or web
- Access to technical notes, resources, and patches on Esker’s support website
- Preferred access to Esker Professional Services (additional charges apply)
