Esker Mail Services for ERP Applications— SaaS
How does Esker Mail Services for ERP applications work?
Esker offers the benefits of automated mail delivery as a service fully integrated within your business applications without requiring any hardware or software additions and only a minimal up-front investment.
Documents are transmitted from your business applications to an Esker production facility (1) and received by a multitenant Esker server platform through an authenticated, encrypted and secured connection. In the Esker production facility your documents are printed, folded, stamped and handed off to the postal service in less than 24 hours (2). Once the mail is handed-off for delivery (3), a mail status is fed into your business application (4), updated in real-time and visible to users.

Ensured traceability
When sending critical business documents such as invoices, a company needs to know whether they have been printed, are in the mail or are in an error status that requires system manual intervention.
Each individual document processed by an Esker production facility is tracked with a unique identifier. A barcode is added on each page to ensure traceability.
