Rule Development - Advanced Level
This advanced DeliveryWare Rules course will demonstrate how to use a DeliveryWare Rule to transform an ASCII text input document into an EDI X12 formatted output document. The rule will use advanced techniques to extract information from the text input and format the output into a proper EDI X12 format. The session will demonstrate how to use Esker DeliveryWare tools to locate additional data needed for EDI output but not found in the input document.

Fax Blasting Beginner Level
This session will introduce from a user point of view how to simply send single fax or mass fax using the Document Manager web interface. Learn how to easily manage a contact list, import it, create filter on it and use those filters to send mass fax.

Fax and Mail on Demand with Esker DeliveryWare Advanced Level
An introduction to configuration of Esker DeliveryWare to work with Esker on Demand document delivery services for fax and postal mail. Learn how to set up the Esker DeliveryWare Fax Connector and Mail on Demand Connector for delegation to the Esker on Demand servers, and how to configure Outbound Faxing Routing Rules to enable overflow of peak fax loads to Esker on Demand. Explore various postal mail options, including automatic document grouping in a DeliveryWare Rule.

This session on Document Manager submission forms will first demonstrate sending documents via fax or email using the default Document Manager submission forms, then a customized submission form to initiate a workflow, using a purchase request as the example.

Validating Sales Orders with Document Manager Beginner Level
An introduction to workflow and validation using the Document Manager. This session will examine a user perspective of working with Esker DeliveryWare to validate a Sales Order, explaining the use of the "Teach" function to progressively improve document recognition as part of Dynamic Document Capture.

Document Delivery with SAP Applications All Levels
Native printing in SAP applications is limited to sending a document to a printer without having any information about the resulting print output. With Esker DeliveryWare, the document is printed and the SAP system is notified of the final status of the job. This session will explore how Esker DeliveryWare assists not only with print output but with many other document delivery channels -- including including integrated fax, email, archive, web and more. Learn how documents can be reformatted, how additional files can be added, and how the final document can be sent from your on-premise server or on demand, all using certified SAP connectors.

Esker offers a reporting tool for creation of up-to-the-minute reports combining information from and about the messages that transit through the server via mail, fax, email, SMS, FTP, archiving, and other available transports. This advanced session will explain the different steps in creating a report, along with exporting and scheduling of reports in Esker Administrator. The course will also illustrate how to create filter data in a rule and then use this information to create a customized report that filters out specific information and documents. Learn the advanced features of sorting, grouping, calculated fields and filtering.

Basic Inbound Fax Routing Beginner Level
Inbound fax routing is the ability to process an incoming fax and route it to a user or a device in the organization. This introductory session shows Esker fax administrators how to easily set up the platform to route inbound fax using telecommunication information and address books.

Advanced Inbound Fax Routing Advanced Level
Based on an actual customer implementation, this session will show how an intelligent rule can be created to route inbound faxes based on the document content. The course will cover use of a routing rule using OCR to read fax images, Esker DeliveryWare Keyword Search feature to identify faxes sent by key customers, and how the regular expression searches can be used to identify certain material number patterns contained in the document. Finally, the session will demonstrate how to use this extracted information to customize the Document Manager view.

Formatting with Crystal Reports Advanced Level
This session will explore advanced techniques for document formatting with Crystal Reports. Learn how to transform raw text or XML files into professional-looking documents formatted for specific delivery methods: email, fax, or postal mailing with Esker on Demand. Troubleshooting Database Issues Advanced Level
This session will begin with a presentation of the internal database used to store job records. Then the course will move to explain how to troubleshoot most common issues and how to respond when a notification email is sent to the administrator. Finally, this session will walk through manual database restoration using a backup, a procedure to be used in case of database corruption.

Server/Admin Troubleshooting Beginner Level
This session will discuss the internal architecture of Esker DeliveryWare. It will explore what happens when a file is processed by Esker DeliveryWare and where to look for more detailed status information. The course will also discuss troubleshooting tools such as the Windows Event Viewer, Esker Trace Analyzer and other debugging tools. Harv Carter, Project Manager for Rheem Manufacturing, will present his real-life scenarios of troubleshooting and administration.

Admin/Disaster Recovery Advanced Level
This session will discuss common Disaster Recovery practices and technologies that can help Esker customers ensure business continuity with Esker DeliveryWare and Esker on Demand. A hands-on learning session will demonstrate the configuration of delegation and overflow to an Esker on Demand server.

Optimizing the Performance of Your Esker DeliveryWare Solution All Levels
This session will highlight configuration settings that can be used to optimize processing of high production volumes, and/or an authentication based on a third-party address book such as Active Directory. The course will aim to improve data processing performance for different document types and transports to ensure efficiency in processing, and will focus on improving the performance of Document Manager.
