Conference attendees will enjoy a discounted room rate of $179 per night (single/double), plus applicable city and state taxes at 13% and a $2 per room, per night occupancy tax. The discounted room rate is available to conference attendees two days prior and three days after the conference dates based on availability. All rooms feature high-speed Internet connection, voicemail, mini bar, coffee maker and complimentary coffee, ironing boards and irons, hair dryer, plush robes and an in-room safe that accommodates laptops.

Hotel reservations are first come, first serve. The room block will be held until Thursday, March 6, 2008. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. We suggest you make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.

In order to secure the group rate of $179 single/double, you must mention that you are with the Esker Inc. group. Reservations must be guaranteed with a one-night deposit or a major credit card. Individual guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are canceled 72 hours prior to the date of arrival.
