Getting to Naples

Naples, Florida is a great destination to visit.  There’s the lovely Gulf of Mexico, coupled with some of the most outstanding white sand beaches in the world.  The Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Ft. Meyers has 17 domestic carriers and is only 25 minutes from La Playa Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, FL.

When to travel:

When making travel and hotel arrangements, please remember that the EAUC 2007 meetings begin at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, May 21 for customers and 8:30 am on Tuesday, May 22 for Certified Partners. You should plan to arrive the day prior to your meeting start date to relax at the hotel and attend the hosted evening welcome receptions, where you can pick up your conference badge and materials.

Suggested travel itinerary:
Customers: Arrive Sunday afternoon, 5/20/07; depart Thursday morning, 5/24/07.

Certified Partners: Arrive Monday afternoon, 5/21/07; depart Friday morning, 5/25/07.

Sponsors: Arrive Sunday afternoon, 5/20/07; depart Friday morning, 5/25/07.

Getting to and from RSW airport:

There are a variety of transportation options for travel between the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort.

Shuttle service reservations:
NT&T Destination Services is Southwest Florida’s only full service DMC, owning and operating a fleet of sedans, limousines, executive vans and mini-coaches. For EAUC 2007, NT&T Destination Services will offer pre-arranged transportation at a cost of $69 per individual one way (cost includes tax and gratuity). To make reservations, please go to www.nttdestination.com and select Esker Americas User Conference 2007. Please make reservations within 7 days of your arrival. NT&T Destination Services will begin accepting reservations after January 1, 2007.

Cab services:
MBA Airport Transportation, LLC is the only provider of on-demand taxi service at Southwest Florida International Airport. Cost for transportation to the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort will be approximately $60 for a cab of 1 to 3 individuals. More details can be found at http://www.flylcpa.com/rsw/parking/limo_db.php.

The Yellow Cab Company: Approximately $55 one way + $1 per person additional. Call (239) 332-1055 to schedule a cab in advance.
