2007 Esker Americas User Conference
Online Registration FormThe 2007 Esker Americas User Conference is open to all current Esker customers, Certified Partners and Sponsors.
The Early Bird Discount of $995 is available to registrants who sign up by February 16, 2007. The standard rate is $1,195. Registrations will not be accepted after May 14, 2007. Once you arrive at the conference, pick up your conference badge at the welcome table. This pass will give you entry to all sessions/classes, daily breakfasts and lunches, receptions and special events. Conference-related educational materials are provided to you as part of that registration fee.
Your conference registration, hotel reservations and conference payment are now easily done online. Customers, Certified Partners and Sponsors should use this form to secure and pay for your conference pass. You will also use this form to reserve your hotel room(s) at the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort.Policies
Substitutions
There is no fee for name change substitutions within your organization. Please fax substitution requests to Esker at (608) 828-0144 no later than May 1, 2007.Cancellations
Conference cancellations received by April 1, 2007 are eligible for a 100% refund of conference fee. Cancellations made between April 2 and April 20 are eligible for a 50% refund. Regrettably, no refunds will be given on cancellations received after April 20, 2007. Hotel cancellations made after April 20, 2007 are non-refundable. If any circumstance beyond the control of Esker causes the cancellation of the event, Esker agrees to refund the registration fee for which Esker is reimbursed by insurance or any other third party and shall not be liable for any of the refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liabilities or damages arising from the event. No refunds shall be provided for cancelled entertainment or outings due to inclement weather.Confirmations
