Can I start using FlyDoc right away?
Yes. Open a FlyDoc Agreement or purchase a FlyDoc Pack and your account is automatically created. You will receive an email with your username and password. Simply log onto FlyDoc and begin sending your mail, fax, and emails today.
Can I use FlyDoc on another computer?
Yes. FlyDoc is accessible anywhere in the world.
How much does FlyDoc cost?
With FlyDoc, you only pay for what you use. Each time you send postal mail, fax or email your account will be debited. If you would like to know more about FlyDoc rates, please view the rate tables.
How long does it take to install the FlyDoc virtual printer?
Two minutes! It’s as easy as a regular printer. This is optional and the only software you will need to install on your computer. All other operations occur via a direct and secure connection to FlyDoc.
How can I be sure that the speed of my Internet connection is enough for all my sites throughout the world?
We recommend using a minimum connection of 5 Mbps for optimal use of the solution. However, with a slower connection, FlyDoc will remain functional, despite a slightly slower page load.

Can I change from a FlyDoc Pack to a FlyDoc Agreement?
Yes. It is even advisable when sending documents on a regular basis. Additionally, a FlyDoc Agreement brings additional benefits, including monthly invoicing and discounts based on expected volumes.
Can I use FlyDoc services on a Mac?
You can create and send postal mail, fax, and email directly from the FlyDoc Manager on a Mac using Firefox. However, the FlyDoc virtual printer can’t be installed on a Mac.
Can I send faxes to several destinations?
Yes. You can send faxes by the thousands as easy as clicking print, sending an email, or logging online. You can even fax directly from any Windows application or utilize the Microsoft Word mail merge function to add personalized content.
How do I know if my fax arrived to its destination?
The FlyDoc Manager offers you an easy to use online interface with real-time tracking to follow your fax messages. You can also select the option to receive an email notifying you of a delivery success or failure when you send your faxes.
How do I receive a fax?
Sign up for the option Inbound Fax in FlyDoc. Choose a local or toll free fax number to fit your needs and all your inbound fax documents will be routed to the email address(es) of your choice as a TIFF or PDF file. I already have a fax number, can I use it with FlyDoc?
Yes. This requires a FlyDoc Agreement in order to re-route your existing number to a hosted number on FlyDoc.

Do I have to provide a minimum amount of letters?
Not at all! You can send 1 or 20,000 at a time.
When can I preview my letters?

How long does it take to process and hand my letters to the Postal Service?
All documents sent with FlyDoc receive the best efforts for same day delivery to the Postal Service.

Is my information protected?
Esker is SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 Type 2 compliant and Safe Harbor certified. The server platform supporting FlyDoc is hosted in data centers and monitored 24/7. These secure server data centers are climate-controlled for temperature and humidity with backup generators meeting all fire and safety regulations.
