Universal Application Connectors

ERP/CRM

Esker DeliveryWare is tightly integrated with today’s leading ERP applications, including connectors specifically designed for SAP, PeopleSoft, J.D. Edwards, and Baan. Many other applications, such as Oracle or Siebel, can also take full advantage of Esker DeliveryWare’s intelligent recognition, formatting, and delivery capabilities.

Custom and legacy applications

Documents from any custom or legacy applications can be directed to Esker DeliveryWare through the use of standard device type emulation (that is, as a print destination), standard protocols (FTP, LPR/LPD, TCP/IP, SNA, and so on), and through a Command Line Connector or published APIs. When acting as a print destination, Esker DeliveryWare becomes a natural extension of the enterprise network for any application generating print streams as PCL, PostScript, PDF, or AFP format.

Desktop applications

Users of desktop applications like Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel see Esker DeliveryWare as another printer and can choose the desired delivery method. To desktop application users, Esker DeliveryWare is as simple as printing.

Inbound documents

Data from inbound faxes, emails (SMTP and POP3), or scanned documents can be used as input to Esker DeliveryWare for recognition and extraction. The optional Image Recognition Module extracts data from inbound fax and image documents using optical character recognition (OCR), optical mark recognition (OMR), barcode recognition (1D and 2D) and handwriting recognition (ICR).

Directories and databases

Esker DeliveryWare integrates seamlessly with existing directories and databases.
