Esker now listed in the NextEconomy segment of Euronext

 

 

Through this choice, Esker demonstrates its commitment to adopt the very best communication standards to the financial community

Esker wanted to be among the first European companies to publicly commit to the financial community and to guarantee the quality of their communication and compliance to good corporate governance principles. Of the 1,580 companies listed in the Euronext index on September 30, 2001, 187, including Esker, have officially joined either NextEconomy or NextPrime.

 

By joining the NextEconomy segment, classification FTSE « 977 – producers, and distributors of computer software » Esker commits to:

-          Provide clear, complete and regular financial communication available in French and English (publication of a tentative schedule and analysis reports; organization of at least 2 analyst meetings per year, etc);

-          Provide a comprehensive internet site containing financial information with real time updates on the latest financial news;

-          Mention the “Corporate Governance” policy in the Annual Report;

-          Publish before January 1st, 2004 a quarterly progress report containing synthetic financial data complying to the standards set by the International Accounting Standards Board.
