It has been a year of establishing relationships with new business partners for Esker, particularly based on Esker's innovative IID solutions:
energy in the Host Access has been stronger than we anticipated,"
states Dan Speer, CEO of Esker Inc. "We've seen more business come
from competitive winbacks this year, and customers migrating to Windows
2000 are driving a lot of upgrade activity. Pulse, the flagship of our
IID product line, is performing well against our projections, and VSI-FAX
for Notes is doing very well in the Notes marketplace. As a company, we're
beginning to realize the benefits from our investment in sales force automation.
These factors, combined with the continuity of our sales team and the
absence of distractions due to merger and acquisition activity, have contributed
to our results year-to-date."
The company was founded in 1985 and is traded on the French Stock Exchange (Le Nouveau Marché: 3581). In 2000, it reported sales of 27.4 million Euros (about $25.9 million).
