The Scrum methodology of agile software development is put in place, emphasizing communication and collaboration, functioning software, and the flexibility to adapt to emerging business realities.

2011
New mail production facility is opened in Lyon, France, capable of processing 12 million pages per month and strengthening Eskerís worldwide mail services infrastructure.
SAS 70 certification is received.
2010
Company stock listing is transferred from Euronext C to Euronext Alternext.
New SaaS solution to automate order processing is released.
New version of FlyDoc is launched, offering additional functionalities and enhancements.
New subsidiary in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is opened, further strengthening Esker's presence in Asia.

Building on the strength of Esker on Demand offerings, AR on Demand (first SaaS solution to automate electronic and paper invoice delivery) and AP on Demand (SaaS solution to automate vendor invoice management) solutions are launched.
2008
Esker DeliveryWare 5.0 is launched, reinforcing Esker's leadership in order-to-cash document process automation and order processing in particular.
2007
Esker Cloud Fax Services for SAP applications is announced.
Esker DeliveryWare 4.0 Feature Pack/Service Pack 1 is released, offering deeper integration with SAP solutions for automated order and AP processing.
Esker SaaS offer is extended with Mail Services for SAP applications solution release.
2006
Esker DeliveryWare 4.0 is released, offering organizations an end-to-end solution for receiving business-critical documents and sending them directly from enterprise applications, regardless of source.
FlyDoc is launched, an online delivery service that enables users to send postal mail and faxes directly from desktop computers.
2005
Position in the SAP domain is strengthened with an SAP Connectivity Suite, offering customized solutions to automate business document exchange within SAP applications.
Patent from the U.S. Patent and Trade Mark Office (USPTO) is received for Esker technology (at the heart of Esker document automation solutions), recognizing the solution as unique and innovative.
2004
Document delivery options are advanced by Esker on Demand services. Enterprises are able to automate on-demand mailing and faxing of business documents to achieve cost savings of up to 45% per mail correspondence and up to 79% per fax.
2003
Mail on Demand (Esker Mail Services) is launched, enabling business correspondence to be delivered directly from enterprise applications through Esker-hosted production facilities that provide fast, high quality, cost-effective postal mail processing services.
2002
Seamless integration with SAP solutions is offered with Esker DeliveryWare ó raw output from SAP applications is automatically transformed and professional business correspondence is immediately delivered in any electronic format.
2001
Esker DeliveryWare is launched and is immediately implemented by several major customers. Esker DeliveryWare addresses many common problems that organizations experience related to paper-based correspondence ó manual errors, increasing IT complexity, slow processes, high postage costs, competitive pressures and more.
2000
VSI (V-Systems, Inc.) is acquired by Esker. The VSI acquisition broadened Eskerís Fax Server solutions family, making Esker the third largest fax server vendor worldwide, according to IDC market research.
1999
Persoft (pioneer in terminal emulation software) is acquired by Esker, strengthening its U.S. presence, expanding its host access product line and gaining an established American sales channel.
1998
Teubner & Associates (developer of enterprise gateway software, including Faxgate and A-Net) is acquired by Esker. The acquisition makes Esker a leader in the fax-server market and initiated its information delivery strategy.
1997
Esker is listed as one of the first companies to make its initial public offering on the Nouveau Marché, an autonomous market associated with the Paris Stock Exchange (now Euronext - Paris).
1989
Tun, Eskerís first product, is launched. Tun has since matured and evolved into a truly innovative product for host access and host access management.
