The Supervisory Board

The supervisory board guides Esker's overall strategy, business model, and priorities. The supervisory board also represents the company to analysts, press, partners, shareholders, and other investors.

Marie-Claude Bernal
President of the Supervisory Board

Marie-Claude Bernal graduated from the HECJF School of Management in 1967, and later received her MBA from the University of Chicago in 1971. She then joined the Banque de Neuflize, where she became one of the first women in France to manage a mutual fund. In 1977, she joined Wellington Management in Boston, one of America's oldest and largest independent investment management firms with over $550 billion of managed assets, where she helped initiate and grow the international investment department, becoming a partner in 1994. Marie-Claude Bernal is also a member of the Board of Directors of ILOG S.A., a French software development company listed on the Nasdaq and the Nouveau Marché.

Kléber Beauvillain

Kléber Beauvillain serves on several public companies' boards such as Ares and Alpha Mos, both listed on the French stock market. Kléber is also co-founder of the French venture fund Lafayette.

Russ Teubner
Supervisory Board Member

Russell Teubner is the founder of Teubner & Associates, which was acquired by Esker in 1998. Over 15 years prior, Teubner and Associates developed four product lines (A-Net, Corridor, Faxgate, and ESP: The Expert Support Program) and spread its reach to include customers in 35 countries on six continents. Teubner was named to Inc. Magazine's list of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies in America three consecutive years. Today, Russell Teubner is the founder and CEO of HostBridge Technology, providing a single source for all CICS integrations by providing access to applications and data as XML documents.

Thomas Wolfe
Supervisory Board Member

Tom Wolfe is the founder of Persoft, which was acquired by Esker in 1999.
