Inside Account Executive (Ref. HR-IAE)

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional B to B solution selling phone skills. Candidate must be an independent, strategic thinker able to find new clients in mid-market companies (revenues of $10M - $100M) with a proven sales record of finding and fostering relationships within Accounting, IT, Customer Service, and sales executives at the mid to senior level. Key to the success of this candidate is an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Requirements:
Value-based / solution-selling experience
3+ years Business to Business selling experience
Professional and confident phone presence
Exceptional interpersonal skills and teamwork mentality
Crisp and concise communication skills – verbal and written
BS/BA, or equivalent experience
Ability to Learn:
Technology acumen - fax, mail, imaging, capture, workflow, formatting, archiving
Business acumen – sales order processing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
Software acumen – ERP, CRM, EMR, Legacy Applications, et cetera
Selling process automation solutions to decision makers
Selling enterprise software
Selling SaaS (software as a service)
